Payment Terms

All prices and charges are in US dollars. We accept payment in US funds by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover, or in advance by bank wire transfer, international money order or Western Union transfers.

Credit Card Orders

Due to the increasing frequency of credit card fraud, we may need to ask you for additional information for verification purposes prior to processing your credit card order. This is for your protection as well as ours, and we apologize for any inconvenience or delay that may result from these protective measures.

Shipping

Orders are shipped via USPS. If USPS service is unavailable to the shipping location, UPS service will be used. Shipping options and rates will be shown in your shopping cart prior to entering your credit card information.

Import Duties, Taxes and Other Fees

Some of our customers have contacted us after receiving a shipment from us, surprised to have been charged duties, taxes or other fees for the order. If you have not ordered internationally before, please be aware that most countries will charge duties, taxes or other fees for incoming items.

In most cases, the contracted carrier, will pay these fees upon entrance into your country and will then collect them from you upon delivery. If the contracted carrier is unable to collect these fees, they will charge Mundo Corp. and we must pay them. In such cases, we will charge the customer's credit card for these fees and will e-mail a copy of the invoice to the customer. Mundo Corp. derives no benefit from these funds nor do we participate in the collection of them, except when they are otherwise uncollectable.
